Five (5) locations were not awarded on the prior solicitation and are being re-solicited; five (5) locations are new to the Ships' Bunkers Program (Domestic). The total estimated multi-year quantity is 1,987,000 USG. Fuel is delivered to locations in the U.S. as ships' bunkers to DoD and Federal Civilian vessels by various methods, to include pipeline, tank truck or tank wagon. Ordering period will be from date of award to 01/31/2002. Delivery period will be from date of award to 04/30/2002.
