The Umatilla National Forest is solicitating quotes for Meadow Creek to Middle Point Ridge Trail Construction. The project consists of construction of 3,502 meters of ATV trail. Work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation, and culverts. The project is located on Pomeroy Ranger District in Columbia County, WA. From Dayton, WA travel South on 4th Street to Mustard Rd (County Rd 9124, Kendall Skyline Rd then Southeast approx 21 kilometers on County Rd 9124 to the intersection with County Rd 1424 the south on Rd 1424 approx 5 kilometers to the end of Rd 1424 and the beginning of Forest Rd 46 the South on Rd 46 approx 18 kilometers to the intersection with Rd 4608 the East on Rd 4608 approx 0.5 kilometers.
