The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, parts, services, and competence to complete the following repairs on the USCGC TAHOMA (WMEC-908): 1.Clean lube oil and jacket water coolers for both main diesel engines. Place of Performance: New Bedford, MA. Performance period: May 1 to 5, 2000. Specifications to be provided on request. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
