The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Program Manager Air Defense (PMAD) is interested in obtaining information from industry regarding modification to the Multiple Source Correlation System software, hardware and software produced by Lockheed Martin Aeronautics of Ft. Worth, TX. MCSC is considering upgrading the Tactical Automated Digital Information Link (TADIL) J software by incorporating additional J message sets, recent Interface Change Proposals and providing an orders capability for the operator interface. Additionally, the system will be capable of data forwarding from TADIL-A&B to J and TADIL-J to A&B. This software must be compliant with DII/COE level 5 and be capable of passing a Joint Interoperability Test Certification. The software is written in C running on a Unix operating system.
