DESC: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, has a competitive requirement for a service to provide all management, supervision, and labor in support of mailroom activities. Contractor will be using current Government facilities and equipment, except vehicles. Services include pickup and delivery of mail, routing interdepartmental mail, processing incoming and outgoing UPS shipments, and preparing mail distribution to various Project offices. It is the Government's intent to award a fixed-price contract for a one-year period of service with the option to extend services on a one-year basis for up to an additional four years. ADMINISTRATION INFORMATION: This is not an invitation for bid, but a notice that a solicitation will be issued for this requirement. Any contract resulting from this advertisement will be awarded on a Firm Fixed-Price basis. Procurement is 100% set aside for small business. Standard for small business concerns under Standard Industrial Classification Code 8744 is $5.0 million.
