The US Coast Guard intends to procure the services of a small business firm to provide professional, analytical, and technical support services for the US Coast Guard_s Deepwater Capability Replacement Project. Offerors must have the capability of providing services that may include, but are not limited to technical and statistical analysis, economic/business case analysis, Information Technology support services, acquisition and life cycle cost management, project and risk management, design specification, environmental planning and development, and operations research. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform these services. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business participation. The SIC code and Size Standard is 8711 and $20.0 million, respectively. The Government contemplates awarding a single, four-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract. Government requirements will be identified and performed under issued task orders. Task orders issued will be of either a firm-fixed-price or time-and-materials contract type. The period of performance is four (4) years (four one-year contract periods).
