Becton Dickinson is the only distritutor/manufacturer of the FACSCalibur upgrade with the following features that we require: (1) Compatibility with the Becton Dickinson FACSCalibur flow cytometer, analysis and operating software (2) Cell sorting rate of a t least 300 cells per second with >90% purity.
