The General Services Administration intends to issue a contract to Technautics, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number 6TSA-00-JMT-0081. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 90-42. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is an open market modification to a task order under GSA schedule to obtain Other Direct Costs that cannot be separated from the procurement. These items will be integrated into the system. This modification is to add additional labor hours to an existing order. This procurement is for the Army at Kirkland AFB, NM. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
