The General Services Administration intends to issue a contract to Tasc, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number 6TSA-00-JMT-0080. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 90-42. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is to obtain Other Direct Costs on a Schedule buy that cannot be separated from the procurement. These items will be integrated into the system. The equipment is as follows: CLIN 1, Server Router/User Server Configuration, Cisco 2611 Dual Ethernet Router with IOS Software, Cisco 2611 Dual Ethernet Router with IOS Software including unrestricted software licenses. This purchase is for the Navy in Dahlgren, VA. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intendsto solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
