The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to negotiate a Purchase Order with the University of Florida McTrans Software Center to purchase one hundred (100) copies of the ITS Deployment Analysis System (IDAS) software. This purchase includes the Licensing fee for Sybase SQL Anywhere and Sybase InfoMarket products that are embedded withing the IDAS software. Because McTrans Center is the sole distributor of the IDAS software package they are the only available source for this requirement.
