Edwards Contract Specialist (803) 695-6857 The William Jennings Bryan Dorn VA Medical Center, Columbia, SC proposes to award a firm fixed-price contract using FAR Part 12, Commercial Item and FAR Part 15 for on-site Psychiatric Services. This solicitation is full and open competition. The physician (s) must be Board Certified to perform the following but not limited to: outpatient (including substance abuse/detox treatments, unscheduled triage patients, consultation liaison and inpatient psychiatric services. The requirement is for one physician to provide Psychiatric Services from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with on-call weeknight duties, and on-call weekend duties. A second psychiatrist may be needed at anytime during the contract period. See solicitation for specific details. The SIC Code is 8099 and the small business standard size is $5M. Each offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a cost/price, technical and performance standpoint, as contract award may be based on initial offers received without discussions.
