The objective of this requirement is to obtain the necessary personnel,
facilities, materials, equipment and services to collect existing data
from the states' vocational rehabilitation programs on the number of
vehicle modications, the types of equipment installed and vehicle
structural modications performed, and, possible the outcome of the
vehicle modications -- successful driving, crash, or inability to
driver -- for the years 1994 through 1999. The contractor shall
determine which states have data that may be obtained for the project,
the number of years for which data is available, the variables
available for each case, in what format, and at what price. The
contractor shall collect one copy (either written or an computer media)
of the vehicle modification, standards, requirements, or guideline used
by each of the fifty states, either in its vocational rehabilitation
program . A period of performance for 52 weeks after effective date of
award is contemplated. Requests for this solicitation must be in
