Z-SEAL COAT AMERICAN CAMP ROAD, SAN JUAN ISLAND NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK, FRIDAY HARBOR, WA In accordance with the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with San Juan County, the National Park Service, San Juan Island National Historical Park through the Columbia Cascades Support Office intends to award a contract to San Juan County Public Works Department for seal coating 1.68 miles of the Cattle Point Road, which is a main county road. The seal coating of this road within the parks boundary will meet the county's road maintenance specifications and be accomplished with county supplied materials and labor.
