This action is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for very small business (VSB) concerns. Complete management experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with previous contract experience (commercial and federal government) references. Include a positive statement of your intent to bid on this contract as a prime contractor and a positive Statement of Eligibility as a Very Small Business. If adequate interest is not received from VSB concerns by the close of business 15 calendar days from the date of this notice, this solicitation will be considered for Small Business concerns.
