COMPLIANCE WITH STATE OF WASHINGTON LICENSING LAWS IS MANDATORY FOR ALL CONTRACTORS AND MUST BE ACCOMPLISHED BEFORE PERFORMANCE CAN BEGIN. This includes both business licenses and individual guard licenses. Guards currently employed through the incumbent contractor have the right of first refusal under the succeeding contract.
