The estimated price range of the work is between $100,000 and $250,000 copies of solicitation will be provided in CD-ROM format at no charge for the first copy and $15.00 each (nonrefundable) for each additional copy requested. This is a request for proposals and will be a negotiated contract. The principal components of the work include: modifying a portion of the reinforced concrete pumping plant wall, removing and replacing a concrete transition block, earthwork to provide access to the work area, modifying the existing traveling water screen by replacing the woven wire screen fabric and providing new seals, rebuilding the existing traveling water screen and minor metalwork modifications.
