The Army requires a contract for the furnishing of all plant, labor, materials equipment and performance required in connection with Exterior Painting and Miscellaneous Repairs to areas that include Gannon Heights, Wilson Acreas, and Callaway Circle located in the Family Housing Area @ Hunter Army Airfield. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to the following items: a. Remove and replace deteriorated or missing surfaces b. Clean and paint all previously painted exterior surfaces. Vinyl and prefinished aluminum shall be cleaned but not painted. 2. Performance time is 180 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. 3. Sic Code for this project is 1721. 4.
