This will involve the installation of new floor and wall tiling, painting of walls, removal of drywall ceiling, and installation of suspended ceilings. Bathroom fixtures, shower stalls and shower fixtures, benches, and toilet fixtures will be replaced or removed and reinstalled. Electrical wok will include the replacement of supply air diffusers, return and exhaust grilles, and plumbing work.
