The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with Gans & Pugh Associates, Inc. 690 Center Street, Herndon, Virginia 20170 for the purchase of IQ 161 GPS Position Data Loggers. Gans & Pugh is the sole proprietary distributer for the IQ 161 GPS Position Data Logger. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated within thirty (30) days. See Notes 1, 22 and 26.
