The Government has a sole-source requirement to purchase a Ruggedized Odyssey Data Acquisition system manufactured by Nicolet Instruments and in accordance with the specifications listed on pages 2 thru 5 on the above referenced Request for Quotation, (RFQ). This system must be exactly as specified in the specifications and no substitutes will be considered. The government intends to solicit on a sole-source basis to Advanced Telemetrics International Inc of Bellbrook OH, however any responsible small business concern may submit an offer which shall be considered by the procurring agency. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Delivery is required 4 weeks after contract award, F.O.B. Destination to Crane, IN 47522 with inspection and acceptance at destination.
