proposes to contract for Drydock and Repair of USCGC STORIS, a 230'
medium endurance cutter that is homeported in Kodiak, AK. All work will
be performed during the period of 31 Jul through 22 Sep 2000, at the
contractor's facility. Work to be accomplished includes; Underwater
body inspection, voids preservation, propulsion shaft seals renew, rope
guard renewal, main diesel engine emergency salt water cooling piping
mod, electrical shore tie replacement, transducer hull ring preserve,
TLI system replacement, condensate piping, fuel transfer piping renew,
rudder inspct and repair, anchor windlass level II inspection, chain
stoper foundation renewal, habitability upgrade, bilge preservation,
underwater body preservation and drydocking. An Invitation For Bid
(IFB) will be issued OOA 8 May 2000, in accordance with the SBCDP. For
