The requested solicitation document, will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-10. SIC 1711. Non Personal Services to provide the following: Contractor shall provide all personnel, parts, tools, equipment, vehicles, and supervision necessary to install (2) Electrical Padmount Meters at the Tejeda Housing division (Medina Annex) on Lackland AFB, TX, in accordance with the Statement of Work.
