Under Attachment 10 Functional Category 3 and the Total are changed to read as follows: FUNCTIONAL CATEGORY 3 -- INFO DISSEMINATION 18.5, Sr. Info Specialist -- 1, Specialists -- 14.5, C&R -- 2, Web Master -- 1, TOTAL 41.0 (492 Person Months). 5. Under Section L.6. (c) (B), the following statement is deleted in its entirety: "New hires may not be proposed for Key Personnel. (A new hire is defined as specified or unspecified persons to fill an empty billet who are neither identified as a current employee of the offeror (or proposed subcontractor) nor as a contingency hire.)" 6.
