The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal CIO Council Virtual Government Conference Information Technology Solution Partnership is soliciting Project Plans from organizations to participate as a full partner with the Council in planning their annual flagship event, the Federal CIO Council Conference. The Conference will be held in the spring of 2001 and will last for 2 days. The Parnter can set the date of the conference-however, it must not conflict with other Government conferences, holidays or any other event that could potentially lower attendance. The Council's goal is to have the Conference attract upwards of 600 people. The Conference whould contain material that will attract not only IT leaders, but the IT leaders of tomorrow, as well as professionals of other disciplines in both the public and private sectors. Based upon a review of Project Plans, the Council will select the next Conference Partner as described in this RFI. The point of contact for this RFI is the Federal CIO Countil Outreach Committee.
