Provide labor, equipment, supervision and management for Security Guard Service, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) at Glynco, Georgia, in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. This service is for a base period with four unilateral one-year options to be exercised at the discretion of the government. This is a Best Value Request for Proposal (RFP) with a requirement for a Bid Guarantee and Performance Bond. This project is a small business set-aside. Solicitations will be available on a revised estimated date of May 16, 2000 with a proposal due date o/a 30 days thereafter. There is a nonrefundable $25.00 charge for each solicitation package.
