Construction Documents are available to all bidders and may be reviewed at Building 426, at the former Plattsburgh Air Force Base from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Contractors may obtain copies of these documents by contacting Ms. Roseanna Pierce, 518-561-0232, ext. 14. A site visit will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2000 beginning at 11:00 a.m., starting at the PARC offices. If the bids are mailed, the envelope must state "Modifications to Building 2763 -- Stairs, Ladders and Handrails" on it.
