Contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to add building additions (approximately 2,700 square feet), replace roofing, install new exterior wall finish (EIFS), pave parking lot, replace carpet, paint building interior, and miscellaneous electrical and mechanical upgrades. The project will also include 4 optional items: (1) Additonal parking lot paving, (2) Replace building skylight, (3) Substitute integral roof deck assembly in lieu of separate componets, and (4) Substitute standing seam metal roofing in lieu of shingle roofing. The Government estimate for the project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Performance period is 240 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Place of Performance is the National Weather Service, Weather Forecast Office, 44087 Weather Service Road, Sterling, VA. Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds are required. This is a 100% small business set aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a bid which will be considered.
