The work requires the installation of air conditioning systems to include the provision of ductless split system air conditioners, refrigerant piping, controls and associated electrical, cutting and patching, concrete pads and hazardous materials abatement. The work will be performed in quarters "C", Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT. The solicitation will be issued unrestricted and is subject to the Hub Zone Evaluation Preference contained in FAR 52.219-4. Estimated cost range: $100,000 to $250,000.
