REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: RFP, drawings and specifications will be available for Repair Fire Suppression -- Bldg 970, MIN 00-0080, at Minot AFB O/A 26 Apr 00. Work is 70% mechanical and 30% electrical. Contract mechanical work consists of the replacement of 3 aqueous film forming foam (AFFF) oscillating monitor nozzles and one valve, insulate pipes, rebuild the foam riser, and test the foam system. Electrical work consists of replacement of heat detectors, manual pull stations, and relocation of miscellaneous fire suppression system components. Project magnitude is $100,000 to $250,000.
