Alvey, Contract Specialist, (301) 757-5937 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a fixed priced modification under NAVAIR contract N00019-99-C-0049 for interim spare parts to support engineering, manufacturing, and development of the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS). DCMA Lockheed Martin Delaware Valley intends to negotiate the proposed modification on a sole source basis with Lockheed Martin Management and Data Systems, King of Prussia, PA. Lockheed Martin is the prime contractor for the development of the TTWCS. Only Lockheed Martin has the technical expertise, understanding of the TTWCS system architecture, and access to Lockheed proprietary data necessary to perform the required effort.
