U S Army Materiel Command Acquisition Center, White Sands Division, White Sands Missile Range intends to procure on Full and Open Competition basis proposals for design and fabrication of a TRACS Display Trailer (TDT). The TDT shall be a commercial semi-trailer, 53 feet long, 10 feet wide and not more than 13 feet 6 inches high. It shall include an expandable section 43 feet long by 5 feet wide centered on the curbside. The expandable section shall operate on a linear slide with preloaded bearings, and be manually driven. Interested offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal, including design, responding to the requirements set forth in the Purchase Description (PD) 2602-00 on a point-by-point basis with all exceptions noted in writing.
