Mount Rainier National park anticipates issuing an RFP for the purchase of 2 each tanks to be installed in a new wastewater treatment plant. The RFP, when issued, will include all specifications and drawings necessary. However, the Park will be issuing this under FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition, procedures. The requirement is as follows: Fabricate and deliver 2 treatment plant tanks constructed of steel. Tank 1 will be approximately 55' long, 12' wide, and 11' high. Tank 2 will be approximately 45' long, 12' wide, and 11' high. These tanks will be in a semi-buried environment and will be offloaded by the contractor. The tanks will be grated and contain aeration equipment, pretreatment equipment, Decant equipment, pumps, drains, and baffles. Blowers and all necessary controls will be installed on top of the tanks in enclosures. Installation of all of the above mentioned equipment will be the responsibility of the contractor.
