Northrop Grumman Corporation, Baltimore, MD has been determined to be the only source capable of providing these supplies and services in a timely and cost effective manner. No date has been established for receipt of a proposal since the Army and the contractor are working together, as a team, under 'Alpha' procedures, developing the Statement of Work and the proposal.
