Kent Street, Suite 200, Arlington, VA 22209-2131, Tel: 703-875-4357, Fax: 703-875-4009 The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (TDA) wishes to announce its intent to sole source a follow on contract to William Hennessey to continue to serve as Infrastructure Advisor for Macedonia on Fiber Optic Cables Bid Evaluations. William Hennessey is uniquely qualified to perform this work because of his earlier involvement in the project. This contract is to be sole-sourced because the implementation of the initiatives will be enhanced by continuing with the same contractor, for reasons of unique qualifications and the avoidance of an untimely delay in the implementation of TDA's time-sensitive programs.
