Work includes renovation of finishes, updating electrical distribution, modernizing HVAC, replacing windows, and other architectural renovations to correct functional deficiencies. The project includes the design and all related professional services, including the services of an Industrial Hygienist. Services consist of preparation of design development drawings with the Government option to enter into construction design documents and construction period services.
