(ii) Solicitation F44600-00-Q-0110 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Written documentation will not be issued for this quote. (iii) The solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 12. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. (iv) The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7371 with a size standard, averaged over a one year period of $18,000,000. (v) Langley AFB plans to procure a sole source acquisition with Sterling Software (U.S.), Inc. for license fees renewal and technical support of the SS-SMART-02 software. In addition Sterling Software (U.S.), Inc. holds the sole license for the sale of SS-SMART-02 software. (vi) The following requirements are applicable: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide license fee renewals and software support for the SS-SMART-02 software.
