Sources sought and request for industry comments of the Performance Requirements Document (PRD) (Statement of Work) for services to be performed at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas. There will be no draft solicitation issued. The PRD addresses the following functional areas and SIC Codes: General (Management 8742, 8741) Information Technology Services (7371, 7373, 7374, 7379, 7389); Visual Information Services (3643, 3822, 4812, 7699, 7819); Administrative Services (7389, 8742); Human Resources (7299, 8742); Operations and Maintenance (0782, 4911, 4959, 7349, 7699, 7532); Engineering and Support Services (8711, 8712); Housing (7389, 7699); Environmental (4959, 7342); Supply (8999); Transportation Services (4789, 7363, 7539, 7549, 7699); Plans, Programs, Operations and Mobilization (8742); Logistics Maintenance (7299, 7359, 7629); Museum (8999);FieldTraining Area Management (8999); Public Affairs Offic (7389, 8743); Resource Management (8721) and Provost Marshall Support Services (8742). The solicitation will be a Fixed Price-Award Fee with cost reimbursable elements. The period of performance is expected to run from October 1, 2002, through September 30, 2007. There will be a transition period prior to commencement of contract performance. The PRD can be accessed electronically at Http://a76fsh.amedd.army.mil. The PRD includes workload estimates (some of which are incomplete at this time but will be complete when solicitation is issued), Government furnished services, mandatory and advisory publications that apply to the PRD, required reports, and abbreviations.
