This announcement is intended for those contractors that can provide software and services in accordance with the specifications which are contained in the statement of Work. The contractor shall assist the Employment and Training Admininistration (ETA) of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) to accomplish its mission and functions by enabling the Office of Youth Opportunities to obtain automated client management, employment and training management software, mandated reporting capablities and related support services in the most cost-effective and timely manner. The selected contractor will demonstrate how they intend to meet the established functional requirements for compatibility.
