The General Services Administration/Public Buildings Service/Office of Portfolio Management is seeking small business vendors whom can provide business writing in plain language so that prepared text conforms to the President's request that Government writing be conformed to the principles of plain language. The project will consist of developing and administering a needs assessment, three training sessions, follow-up training consisting of individual tutorials, development of a job aid and program evaluation. The RFQ is a 100% small business set-aside only (FAR 52.219.6) Sic Codes 7338, 7389 and 8999 applies. A single award will be made under this procurement to the offeror that receives the highest technical score among the other proposals received, and the same offeror must propose prices either lower or within the established price range of their competitors. All interested participants are required to submit no more than 20 pages of their proposal to include their price proposal and a capability statement relative to their experience and performance history. Award of services will be contracted with the successful offeror under a Single Firm-Fixed Price Award in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13.106). The anticipated period of performance will be from date of award to no later than 12 months. The reference number for this RFQ is CAFP-SEF-00-0169.
