Additional air ambulance services outside of the primary region require an estimated 19,000 GCSM and 75 patient care hours per year. Services outside of the primary region require an estimated 14,000 GCSM and 44 patient care hours per year. Period of performance is for (1) year with two (2) one-year options under FAR 52.219-9, and an option to extend service not more than six (6) months under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-8.
