(VA), Cleveland, Ohio, proposes to enter into a contract for the rental
for audio visual equipment, and technical support for CPRS Camp 2000 to
be held May 20-26, 2000 at the Town & Country Resort and Conference
Center, 500 Hotel Circle North, San Diego, California 92108. This is a
Request for Quotations, for which it and all incorporated provisions
are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. The
procurement is 100% Set-Aside for small business. The Standard
Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 7359. The small business size
standard for this procurement is $5 Million. This is a combined
synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with
the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the
only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written
solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall provide, the
service/supplies to include the set-up, operation, maintenance and
striking of all audiovisual equipment for the following Equipment

to meet requirements, 2) Technical experience, 3) Past performance,
contractor shall provide a list of three agencies/companies (include
address, phone number, and contact person) for which similar services
within the past three (3) years has been provided. 4) Price. The
evaluation criteria are considered equal in importance with price.
