The work involves the construction of a new administration/medical/dental building (22,261 gross square feet), a new basic education/light vocation building (24,240 gross square feet) and demolition of Buildings No. 001A, 0002, 0003, and 0004 and 219 (60,760 gross square feet total). The construction work includes the site utilities in the project areas, installation of new site drainage, site grading, site lighting and landscaping at the North Texas Job Corps Center located in McKinney, Texas. Estimated time for construction is approximately 420 calendar days to substantial completion. The estimated construction cost range is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
