The contractor shall have the required facility/facilities for performance of this contract within a 25 mile commuting distance of the Fleet Technical Support Center Atlantic (FTSCLANT), Norfolk, Virginia. The place of performance shall be at the contractor's facility, various ports in CONUS, other Navy, Government, or contractor facilities in CONUS, FTSCLANT Norfolk, Virginia, at sea on U.S. Navy ships while underway, and various ports outside CONUS. This will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for one year with options for 4 additional years.
