This is a synopsis modification to CBD Submission No. 276783 of 3 Dec 98. The original synopsis indicated a basic quantity of 2,000 each Tube Launch Optically Tracked Wired Guide (TOW) 2/2A Missile Ordnance Inhibit Circuits, Improved (MOICI) and MOICI Parts Kits. One option quantity for 2,000 each of the same supplies was included. The MOICI activates if a TOW missile becomes uncontrollable after firing. This synopsis modification adds an additional option quantity of 1,200 each TOW 2/2A MOICI and Parts Kits to the existing contract. All other information contained in the original synopsis is correct.
