Stokes, 405-228-5221 The Oklahoma Army National Guard intends to purchase 2 each diesel fuel recyclers, GPC Model 1205 or equal and 2 each 600 gallon holding tank pods. The system must: (1) have twelve (12) fuel filter/water separators capable of removing up to 60 oz of water per filter, (2) filter particles down to 1 micron, (3) include large particle/water separator installed before filters of at least 120 gallon capacity, (4) use inexpensive paper towel elements that require no special handling prior to use, (5) have electronic water sensors, one for alarm and one for automatic shutdown if water level is reached on the second sensor and system is runnning unattended or water has not been drained from the separator, (6) be air operated with an air pump capable of 150 gallon per minute flow rate, air pump will include oiler, 1/2" regulator and air filters, (7) operate at 48 gallons per minute, (8) have filters installed with wire braid hose, (9) be mounted on a double axle 7000 pound capacity trailer with seal welded drippan and have enough space to accomodate filter system and 600 gallon storage tank.
