This procurement will provide for the procurement of commercial product reliability improvement replacement parts under contract N00039-99-C-2212 with CEA Technologies, Inc. The parts are: IF Module, V287-0, 2 each; ADT assembly, V252-0, 4 each; ADT Daughter Board, V239-1, 1 each; DL1 Motherboard, V238-2, 3 each; Radar Conversion Unit, V296-2, 6 each; Auxiliary Alarm PCB, 05-0345B, 4 each; Switch Mode Power supply, 05-0613B, 5 each; and Tx Module, 05-0317D, 2 each. SPAWAR plans to award a sole source modification to the noted contract, 20 days from the date of this notice. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302, and FAR Part 12. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received within 20 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
