A -- RESEARCH TASK INCORPORATE CAE TOOL FOR EXTERIOR BALLISTICS ANALYSIS OF SMART MUNITIONS GUIDANCE NAVIGATION SOL W813LT-0108-7029 DUE 050400 POC Brenda Fletcher, Contract Specialist, 410-278-8675 Incorporate into a Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tool for exterior ballistics analysis of smart munitions guidance navigation and control a visual symbolic interface for the complete Hydra 70 Demonstration Pulse Jet Flight Control System will be incorporated in the BOOM Code. The GUI will include all of the flight control emements and flilters with the respective bias, noise and scale factors. It is the intent of the Government to award a contract on a sole source basis to ArrowTech Inc., South Burlington, VT pursant to FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirment of submit proposals. However, all proposals recieved within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Governmnet.
