Sensors Directorate (AFRL/SNZW) has issued a 2.5 year, open-ended Broad
Agency Announcement (BAA 00-06-SNK) to periodically solicit research
proposals for the Advanced Technologies for Information Assurance and
Survivability program (ATIAS). The initial BAA, posted on the EPS
homepage on 5 Apr 00, solicited research proposals for Focused Research
Topics (FRT) #1 and #2, which are due on 24 Mar 00. THIS AMENDMENT TO
THE BAA IS ISSUED TO SOLICIT PROPOSALS FOR FOCUSED RESEARCH TOPIC (FRT)
#3 FOR AUTONOMIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS "DEPENDENCY SPECIFICATION
LANGUAGE". Specific information on Focused Research Topic (FRT) #3 can
be seen on the EPS homepage (http://www.eps.gov/) at Amendment 01,
FRT#3. Proposals for FRT #3 are due by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time
on 01 Jun 00. Proposal instructions for all FRT's are contained in the
basic solicitation (BAA 00-06-SNK) which was posted on the EPS homepage
(http://www.eps.gov/) on 5 APR 2000. Multiple awards are anticipated on
FRT #3 and the anticipated award date is 17 Jul 00. The basic
solicitation and FRT's 1 and 2 may also be seen on the ATIAS website at
(http://www.sn.afrl.af.mil/ATIAS/index.html). NOTE: As the basic
synopsis/solicitation for BAA 00-06-SNK will only be posted on the EPS
homepage for 30 days, you are advised to download the documents for
future reference as the documents on the EPS/CBD are the official
electronic documents. All other information/terms and conditions of the
synopsis/solicitation for BAA 00-06-SNK remain unchanged. Interested
