Department of Commerce, NOAA intends to procure for the purchase and distribution of sea turtle tags in the Western North Atlantic to support the Cooperative Marine Turtle Tagging Program (CMTTP). The government intends to contract with the University of Florida Archie Carr Center for Sea Turtle Research. Under the authority of 41 USC253 (c)(1). These services are only known to be available from the University of Florida Archie Carr Center. This acquisition is being conducted pursuant to the guidelines set forth in FAR Part 13. The Government reserves the right to solicit bids based on receipt of affirmative responses to this notice or be more advantageous to the Government without further notice.
