Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to repair the speed increaser, including design, manufacture and replacement fo the low speed gear, of Unit 5 turbine at the Ozark hydroelectric powerplant, Ozark, Arkansas. The speed increaser is 33,500 horsepower with an input RPM of 60.24 and output RPM of 514. This aquisition is unrestricted. Solicitation will be on Compact Disk (CD-Rom) and provided free of charge. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be allowed.
